Did You Know the Origins of PAUL LE CAFÉ?

As well as being a well-renowned bakery, our very first PAUL was also a respected Tea and Coffee Room. PAUL LE CAFÉ pays hommage to this first Maison de Qualité as much for the free interpretation of its Art Déco style as for the very French art of associating coffee with mouth-watering viennoiseries, irresistible pastries or further still freshly prepared savoury snacks.

The first Malaysian PAUL LE CAFÉ shop opened at KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) in January 2024.

PAUL LE CAFÉ decoration mainly includes variations of black and brown colours, which are those of the divine coffee beverage itself. They are brightened up with notes of terracotta, the colour of coffee “cherries”, the pretty berries that ripen on coffee trees and protect the precious seeds that we roast to create those marvellous coffee “beans”.

Our team is proud to welcome customers with the smell of freshly ground coffee, combined with that of viennoiseries, warm from the oven…

French Croissants and Coffee are Best Friends

At PAUL LE CAFÉ, our aim is to reassert the art of coffee “à la francaise”, in other words the pleasure of a coffee accompanied by a delicious sweet or savoury treat.

Whilst the great classics such as the espresso, the latte and the americano are at the heart of the range, we also emphasize the most gourmet drinks: flat white, cappuccino, café viennois, latte with caramel and other flavours, mocha… as well as vegan versions made with almond milk. And let’s not forget also the Macaron frappes, our signature drinks!

These are comforting drinks which, according to the “French Art de Vivre”, go wonderfully well with a luscious pure-butter viennoiserie, a sweet pâtisserie treat or a crisp, delicious macaron. And let us not forget a lunch break, where you can choose from a wide range of hot and cold sandwiches, freshly prepared salads and other baker’s delicacies. A meal to conclude with (or accompany with – why not?) a really good coffee – of course!

 

Our Passion for Coffee

PAUL LE CAFÉ serves 100% Arabica coffee sourced from sustainable Rainforest Alliance producers.

This certification proves that the coffee was produced using sustainable methods, as much from a social as from an environmental point of view. Rainforest Alliance intervenes to protect the forests and the biodiversity, to promote sustainable agricultural methods and to improve the situation and rights of the farmers.

We are very proud to contribute to this program.
